Rettig Flyte Company, P.S. was originally formed by Michael J. Favors and G. Matthew Rettig in 2002. April Ann Flyte was admitted as a shareholder in 2013 after joining the firm in 2003. Michael J. Favors retired at the close of 2015 and the firm updated the name from Favors Rettig, CPA’s, P.S to Rettig Flyte Company, P.S effective June 1, 2016. The firm also employs ten full time professional staff and an office manager.

The firm has built a reputation as a leader in the affordable housing industry. Our professionals understand and assist our clients with every aspect of their engagement from beginning to end. We are proud to say we perform well over one hundred audit/attest engagements every year in this area.

In addition to affordable housing, we also provide assurance, tax and consulting services for a wide variety of clients including real estate investment/developers, small business, non-profits, retirement plans, construction contractors, high net-worth individuals and estates and trusts.
