The Benefits:

Our firm values a strong work/life balance.  While we know we will never get away from the long hours from January to March every year, we offer great benefits to compensate our employees for their efforts. From May through September, our office is only open Monday through Thursday (with regular 8-hour workdays), so in the off season, every weekend is a three-day weekend.  We also offer up to 160 hours of compensated time off. We believe these benefits promote the ultimate work/life balance for our staff.

We provide medical, dental, vision and life insurance for our staff and a retirement plan with a safe harbor employer contribution guaranteed.  We pay for our staff’s professional dues, continuing education, and offer CPA exam incentives.

Our firm also sponsors an annual post-busy season party, summer BBQ, and holiday party. Spouses and guests are encouraged to attend these events.
